I contacted Dione on November 21 (a Saturday) for help getting my property sold and told her it needed to be sold quickly. She immediately jumped in and got to work. On November 23 she came out to see the property and on November 25 the professional photographer took pictures. The listing went live on November 27 and I accepted an offer on November 28. We closed on December 18 - less than 30 days from my first call to her, including the Thanksgiving holidays. She had solutions to some unexpected hiccups and was calm and collected throughout the process. She was patient, communicated very well, and I cannot think of anyone who could have accomplished what she did in such a short period of time. And the listing price was not a “give away “ price- she helped me price it so that I got full market value. I’m so, so thankful that she was there when I needed her and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
